ACCREDITATION CRITERIA

Accreditation will be given to media outlets with a proven audience and reach in the fashion industry, lifestyle, and related fields.

Only publications with an established editorial focus and content quality will be considered for accreditation. This includes print, online, and broadcast media.

Accreditation is open to both domestic and international media outlets, as well as freelancers.

Priority will be given to media outlets that have covered Fashion Week events and can demonstrate a commitment to covering the event in the future.

Media outlets should submit an editorial plan for coverage of the event, outlining the angles, content types, and timelines for their planned coverage.

Accreditation is open to professional journalists and photographers who can demonstrate a commitment to ethical and responsible reporting.

Applicants may be asked to provide proof of their identity and affiliation with the media outlet they represent.

Applications for accreditation should be submitted well in advance of the event to allow for adequate processing time.

All accreditation is subject to approval by the Fashion Week Bangkok® accreditation team, and the decision of the team is final.

All accredited media personnel will be required to adhere to a code of conduct that includes guidelines for professionalism, ethical behavior, and respect for event attendees and participants.

Buyers will be required to provide proof of their business registration and must be operating in the fashion industry.

Buyers must have a minimum of two years of experience in the fashion industry, and they must demonstrate their knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer preferences.

Buyers must have a history of placing orders with fashion designers, manufacturers, or suppliers.

Buyers must demonstrate their financial stability and have a proven track record of timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Buyers must have a positive reputation within the fashion industry and must not have a history of unethical or questionable business practices.

Buyers must provide a portfolio of their previous work, including their past collaborations and partnerships with designers, brands, and manufacturers.

Buyers must demonstrate a minimum sales volume threshold, indicating their ability to sell and distribute fashion products to their clients.

Buyers must be proficient in English, as this is the primary language used in Fashion Week Bangkok®.

Buyers must have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, including production, design, marketing, and distribution.

Buyers must provide a clear purpose for attending Fashion Week Bangkok®, outlining their goals and objectives for the event.

The sponsor should have a proven track record of financial stability and be able to demonstrate their ability to fulfill their sponsorship commitments.

The sponsor must be prepared to provide products or services that align with the overall theme and style of Fashion Week Bangkok®.

The sponsor should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

The sponsor should bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to their partnership with Fashion Week Bangkok®, and be willing to push boundaries and explore new ideas.

The sponsor should have a demonstrated commitment to social responsibility, including ethical and sustainable business practices, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement.

The sponsor should have a strong marketing reach and be able to promote Fashion Week Bangkok® to a wide audience, including through their social media, advertising, and other marketing channels.

The sponsor should be interested in building a long-term partnership with Fashion Week Bangkok®, and be willing to invest in the future of the fashion industry in the region.

The sponsor should have an international reach and be able to promote Fashion Week Bangkok® to a global audience, helping to position Bangkok as a key player in the global fashion industry.
